Little hierarchy, lots of customer contact.

Those who work with us talk to customers, they don't fill out forms for someone else to decide. Each process has a person responsible, and this responsible person follows it from start to finish.

The technical part is not ancillary: we develop and maintain our own portal, and those on the front line directly influence what it does.

We work in +15 languages: Portuguese, German, French, Italian, English, Spanish, Albanian, Serbian, Croatian, Turkish, Arabic, Tamil, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian and Swiss German, including their dialects. Speak more than one account.
