FIN is operated by Soares Sousa Consulting, Patrick Soares Sousa’s sole proprietorship and the contracting and invoicing entity for its services, including Bunker. Soares Consulting is the name presented on FIN. See the Imprint for business details and public registers consulted.
The website presents insurance, credit, pension provision and consulting, including tax and administrative support. The relevant proposal and contract must define each service. Website terms do not replace an insurer’s or bank’s product terms.
Registration for insurance intermediation does not automatically authorise investment advice or every other financial activity.
For insurance intermediation, we receive commissions from insurers and do not charge clients an intermediation fee. Specific remuneration information is provided before contracting. For other services, the price is agreed in advance: a fixed fee, hourly rate or individual quotation, depending on the service.
The Bunker catalogue presents digital prices and billing options. Premium Financial Desk is a separate service. A subscription price does not mean every consultation or intermediation act is included.
Consult the relationships listed in the current personal FINMA register entry. The personal reference is not presented as registration of the brand or business entity.
According to the proprietor, activities are now carried out through Soares Sousa Consulting and are no longer linked to SVAG. The corresponding FINMA register update is still pending; this statement does not replace the current official entry. This page does not announce a list of partner insurers or banks or claim comparison of the entire market.
Product-related remuneration can create interests relevant to a recommendation. A conflicts policy does not remove those interests. Information about a service and its remuneration must be distinguished from product terms.
