Submit a request

Email privacy@fin.patricksoares.ch. Provide the contact associated with your relationship with us and specify what you request: information about processing, access, correction, deletion or another applicable right.

This link opens your email application. The website does not send the request for you or display a receipt without delivery.

Only necessary data

Do not send an identity document by default. If identity verification is needed to protect your data, we will explain the information appropriate to your request. Avoid health data, passwords, access codes and third-party documents in an initial email.

Handling the request

Identify the data or service concerned so the request can be located and assessed. Deletion remains subject to retention duties, third-party rights and other applicable legal limits; it does not automatically erase all records.

Withdrawing consent concerns future processing covered by that consent. It does not, by itself, cancel every contract or erase documents that must be retained.
