How to get started
From your account
to your Bunker.
1. Sign in to your account
Sign in or create your Experience account. It is the same account you use to access Bunker.
2. Choose your plan and billing interval
Compare document capacity and included services. For paid plans, choose a monthly or annual subscription. The annual option is billed in one payment.
3. Access your archive
After payment confirmation, the plan is linked to your account. Enter Experience and open Bunker to organise your documents.
Where can I manage my subscription?
Open Bunker in Experience and visit the subscription area to view your plan and billing interval and manage renewal.

What happens when I cancel?
After cancelling renewal, you retain access until the end of the paid period. You then have 30 days to view and export your documents. Previously confirmed terms and dates are preserved.
After that deadline, client access ends. Documents are not automatically deleted: they remain retained for authorised internal access, respecting privacy and applicable permissions. Check your account for the confirmed access end and export deadline.
